Our steel saw cutting capabilities reduce lead times while allowing our customers to dedicate square footage to boosting throughput for their own operations, not cutting stations.

Clark Cold Drawn’s low tolerance precision cutting process minimizes waste, and any yield loss is included in the price.

In addition to machine chamfering and a variety of mechanical shears, Clark Cold Drawn offers multi-cutting using two models of AMADA saws:

  1. CMB75CNC Cold Saw

  2. HFA250W Automatic Band Saw

Precision Saw Cutting Size Ranges

Our ISO 9001:2015 certified cutting process can support the following maximum finished lengths.

Both saws have the capability to precision cut:

  • Precision cut lengths from 0.4” to over 18”

  • Diameters starting as small as 0.5”

Our Cold Saw can cut diameters as large as 3”.
